Step 1. Your words, then the fields
“Scratching the left ear again after the walk, worse this evening” becomes a Behaviour record: sign scratching, where ear, side left, frequency often, and the note kept as you wrote it.
Step 2. Two details, two records
If one sentence carries two health details, CovePet proposes a record for each. You review every one, change what is wrong, and save them together.
Step 3. On the iPhone, no AI service
Your iPhone reads the note itself, with Apple’s on-device model where the phone has one and CovePet’s own rules where it does not. Nothing is sent to an AI service, and nothing leaves the phone until you tap Save.
