No signal. You record the left meal anyway. It waits on the phone and sends itself later, and it keeps the time it happened, not the time it arrived.
A Sunday evening
Sam does the feeding and writes down what was left. It lands in the same timeline with Sam’s name on it, so the house is not keeping two lists.

You weigh Roxie, pick the last eight weeks, and share a link that stops when you switch it off. The vet opens a plain web page, with no account and no app, and reads six left meals with their dates and 1.1 kg gone.
